Add robustness for Blizzard scenario/phase transitions: request GuildRoster and refresh the GUI shortly after PLAYER_ENTERING_WORLD and when the GUI is shown (0.5s and 0.2s delays) so roster names don't remain empty. Also change member row font layer from BACKGROUND to OVERLAY to prevent text being rendered behind the frame during scenarios.
