Description
GhostChat
Non-Interactive chat makes your screen not have a giant deadzone for your mouse – Click-and-drag camera controls and @mouseover macros through the chat window!
GhostChat preserves normal chat functionality such as shift-clicking a player name to do a lookup and chat scrolling using the mouse wheel.
Automatically makes the chat interactive in Cities and when typing.
Target players in chat.
Keys
Ctrl-click a player name: Whisper / Open context menu
Alt-click: Invite / Target
Targetting
Blizzard broke targeting from addons and their own context menu. This workaround opens the chat with "/target playername" selected for you to copy and paste.
A macro called GhostChat Target will also be created and updated with /tar 'player' when you Alt-Rclick a player name in chat.
Ghosts are real
The GhostChat team recommends setting the chat background colour to 100% transparent.
Plays well with other chat addons such as Prat.
