Ghost: recon fix fo BFA and small improvements

This addon collects all spells and abilities used by any mob you fight
and then you can link them in chat
Shift+click add spell to your chat frame
Alt+click add all spell from targeted mob to chat frame
/gr /recon
still need to do:
remove old/(add new) CC spells and abilities
test guild sync
cooldowns?
