Ghetto Hearth (Classic+)

Port of https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/ghetto-hearthstone to accommodate Classic+ API changes for WoW Classic Vanilla.

Removed the in-combat restriction from the original addon so it can be used to as an escape hatch in hardcore.

Supports /gh and /ghetto slash commands. Also added /gg slash command for those used to: https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/ghetto-hearth

I am using the term "Classic+ API changes" as a umbrella term describing API changes for patch 1.15.9 (which converges the API to be more TBC 2.5.5-like) and any future changes made onward.

For safety on hc realms, I also recommend this macro as a backup:

/invite BankAlt

/run LeaveParty()

It is very important that you actually list your real bank alt, because the macro's timing only works on Blizz servers if the character you invite both (1) exists on the server AND (2) also is offline. Hence inviting your bank alt.
