Genesis Bloodlust

A lightweight World of Warcraft Classic addon that monitors the player for Bloodlust, Heroism, or Drums of Battle. When one of those buffs hits, it plays a custom sound
The addon utilizes your in-game sound settings, and is playing over the 'Master' audio channel.
This means sound must be enabled (but all sound effects etc can be disabled).
Adjust the volume by adjusting the 'Master Volume' setting in your game audio settings.
