Shows the tool tip upon mouseover for each gem recipe without having to click on each one

Description
As a jewelcrafter, it always annoyed me that I had to click on each recipe to see what the bonuses were. And since I have a terrible memory, I only remembered the most popular ones.
With GemCue, you can just mouse-over the recipe in the JC menu and it will give you the tooltip for each of the gems, so you'll find that gem you want to cut that much more quickly.
