GearWish is a feature-rich, all-in-one World of Warcraft addon that combines a cross‑character gear library, an interactive loot wishlist, and smart alert systems into a single, streamlined interface. Designed for players who manage multiple characters and chase specific gear, it helps you track your entire account’s equipment, build targeted loot tables, and never miss a critical drop again.

Key Features

1. Cross‑Character Gear Library

· Automatically records the equipped items, enchantments, item level, and detailed stats (primary/secondary attributes) for every character you log into.

· Browse any character’s gear from a unified panel, with item tooltips and colour‑coded stat breakdowns (e.g., Strength, Agility, Intellect, Critical Strike, Haste, Versatility, Mastery).

· Shows bonus sockets (visualised with ◆ symbols) and permanent enchantments for each slot.

· All data is saved account‑wide – no need to relog characters to check their loadouts.

2. Interactive Wishlist Manager

· Build your personal loot table by adding items via Shift‑click, item ID, or import/export.

· Categorise entries with custom fields: Category, Source (Instance/Zone), Boss, and a free‑form Note.

· The tree‑based view sorts your wishlist by Category, Source Tree (Instance → Boss), Slot Tree (Armor Type → Subtype), or Ownership status.

· Ownership tracking shows a green checkmark (✓) if you already possess an item on any character.

3. Special Attribute Alerts

· Automatically detects and highlights items with bonus tertiary stats (Speed, Leech, Avoidance) and extra sockets (beyond the item’s baseline).

· Wishlisted items with these rare affixes are flagged with distinct icons (⚡ Speed, 🩸 Leech, 🛡️ Avoidance, 🔲 Extra Socket) next to their name.

· Toggle which attributes you care about with a simple set of checkboxes at the top of the wishlist.

· When a wishlisted item drops with special stats, a prominent chat notification includes the relevant markers.

4. Flexible Export & Bulk Management

· Selective export: Check any number of individual items or entire categories, then export only those entries to a pipe‑delimited text format. If nothing is selected, the entire wishlist is exported.

· Import/Export panel: Copy‑paste friendly; supports both pipe‑delimited and comma‑delimited formats for easy sharing or backup.

· Category deletion: Each category header features a dedicated delete button. After confirmation, all items under that category are removed at once.

· Clear All button (with confirmation) resets the entire wishlist.

· Edit individual entries via a pop‑up panel that lets you modify all fields.

5. Smart Loot Alerts (Optional)

· Though the loot‑filter module has been removed in the current version, the wishlist retains a loot alert system: whenever a wishlisted item is looted (by you or your group), a clear chat message and sound alert notify you immediately.

6. User‑Friendly Interface

· Large, resizable panels (default 1400×650 for the wishlist, 1000×520 for the gear library) for comfortable viewing.

· Fully movable windows with standard Blizzard frame styling.

· Search bar instantly filters items by name, category, source, boss, or note.

· Nested collapsible tree structure with clear expand/collapse icons.

Slash Commands

· /ag or /accountgear – Open the cross‑character gear library.

· /mw or /mywishlist – Open the wishlist manager.
