Add all the gear and trinkets you have in your inventory and equipped to a menu. From that menu you can hold shift to left click or right click and add items to a queue that will swap in based on cooldowns. Access the menu via hovering with mouse.

Trinkets and rings allow for left click and right click to determine the slot, while all other gear will use either.

Example: Goblin rocket boots as 1, Gnomish Rocket Boots as 2, and Stat boots as 3. After the effect of Goblin Rocket Boots ends, it will equip Gnomish until they are used and on cooldown or Goblin boots come off cooldown. Then Stat boots if both 1 and 2 are on cooldown. 

You can also override the queue by clicking an item or trinket. This will then be equipped until used and on cooldown, in which case the original queued item will be equipped. 

Limitations - If you force queue an item with no cooldown it will take priority forever, as there is no cooldown that will set the process in motion. You can reset this by using "/gq clear"

The settings menu allows you to enable or disable each slot independently.
