  • Disable BiS panel until data source is confirmed
    Remove BiS button from title bar, /gp bis slash command, and TOC load
    entries (Data\BiS.lua, UI\BisPanel.lua). Files remain on disk for future
    re-enablement once a reliable M+ and raid BiS data source is identified.

    • Bump Interface to 120007 (Patch 12.0.7), version to 1.6.0
    • Re-enable Data/BiS.lua and UI/BisPanel.lua in the TOC load list

    • Fix Devourer DH spec ID in SPEC_MAP: 590 -> 1560 (matches StatWeights.lua)
