- Fixed a bug where the "Anchor To" dropdown for the inspect average item level
  had no effect — it was always anchoring to the main hand slot no matter what
  you picked
- Fixed the inspect panel's Upgrade Track width ignoring your individual panel
  settings — it was always reading the global value instead
- Fixed two settings that were listed twice in the default settings table,
  causing unnecessary confusion
- Fixed the average item level anchor frame not being saved on a fresh install,
  so the dropdown would show nothing selected until you manually changed it
- Fixed stale internal comments that referenced an old setting name
