• Lust monitoring is now entirely off by default (player feedback): all three lust features — the "Lust window — burn cooldowns" countdown bar shown while Bloodlust/Heroism is active, the [Lust point] row on the watch card, and the background lust-aura tracking — are now opt-in, controlled by a single checkbox "Lust monitor (lust-point hint + window bar)" at the bottom-left of the Dungeon Guide window. Toggling takes effect immediately even mid-lust. The static "④ Lust points" section inside the Dungeon Guide window is unaffected.

Data

• Full WCL gear/stats/rotation data refresh: re-pulled top-player armory for raid (9 bosses) + Mythic+ (8 dungeons × high/farm brackets) + Sporefall; all 40 specs passed validation, BisData.lua/RotationData.lua/DungeonData.lua/talent library regenerated. Real-panel stat targets, consumable usage rates, and rotation teaching all refreshed against the latest logs.

• 嗜血监控整体改为默认关闭（玩家反馈）：嗜血相关的三样东西——嗜血/英勇激活时的「嗜血窗口·压满爆发」倒计时条、临场卡片上的[嗜血点]提示行、后台的嗜血光环监听——现在全部默认关闭，统一由「大米攻略」窗口左下角的勾选框「嗜血监控(嗜血点提示+窗口条)」控制，勾上即开、去勾即关（嗜血进行中切换也即时生效）。大米攻略窗口里的「④ 嗜血点位」静态攻略小节不受影响，照常显示。

数据

• WCL 装备/属性/循环数据全量刷新：团本(9 boss)+大秘境(8 副本×高层/割草)+Sporefall 顶尖玩家实战配装重新拉取，40 专精全部通过校验，BisData.lua/RotationData.lua/DungeonData.lua/天赋库同步重生成。真实面板属性目标、消耗品使用率、技能循环教学全部按最新战绩刷新。
