GearHunter – Season of Discovery Gear Optimizer

GearHunter is a gear upgrade and progression assistant built specifically for World of Warcraft Classic: Season of Discovery.

Instead of giving you a static BiS list, GearHunter analyzes your currently equipped gear, class, talents, runes, role and playstyle to find upgrades that actually make sense for your character.

• Automatic build detection – detects your class, talent setup, equipped runes and role.
• Build-aware gear scoring – evaluates items using stat priorities appropriate for your actual build rather than generic item level.
• Specific SoD build support – including specialized builds such as Shaman Ele Warden/Enhance Warden and Warrior 2H/Dual-Wield DPS.
• Upgrade finder – shows the exact items that improve your currently equipped gear and how large the estimated upgrade is.
• Dungeon & Raid filters – choose exactly which content you're willing to run, with convenient Select All / Unselect All controls.
• Tier gear support – includes tier rewards, tokens and class/spec-specific set pieces.
• Token & turn-in helper – shows what you need to obtain a reward, including required tokens and materials.
• World Drops & Crafted Gear – upgrades aren't limited to instance drops.
• Legendary items – legendary acquisition paths are included where appropriate for your build.
• GearHunter BiS – identifies the highest-scoring known item for each slot for your detected build and selected sources.
• Class restrictions – filters equipment your class cannot actually use.
• Role-aware filtering – prevents inappropriate recommendations such as healing gear for tanks or two-handed weapons for shield-dependent builds.
• Enchant Advisor – recommends enchants based on your class/spec/build.
• Soul Advisor – recommends Season of Discovery shoulder Souls separately from the normal shoulder enchant, including build-dependent alternatives.
• Dressing Room integration – preview upgrades directly from GearHunter before deciding whether they're worth chasing.
• Already equipped filtering – items you're currently wearing are automatically removed from the upgrade list.

A traditional BiS list tells you the final item you want. GearHunter compares available gear against what you're wearing right now and helps identify useful intermediate upgrades along the way.
