GearDurability - WoW Classic Era Addon
A simple and compact addon that displays your gear's durability directly on screen.
Features
### Compact HUD
- **Small always-visible display** - Shows overall durability percentage directly on screen
- **Color-coded** - Both frame and text change color (green/yellow/orange/red) based on status
- **Hover for details** - Mouse over to see all items in a tooltip
- **Movable** - Drag to any position (when unlocked)
- **Right-click** - Lock/unlock position
- **Saves position** - Permanently remembers where you placed it
- **Small lock icon** - Shows when HUD is locked
- **Minimap icon** - Click to quickly lock/unlock
- **Auto-updates** - When taking damage or repairing
### Color Coding
- 🟢 Green: 75-100% durability
- 🟡 Yellow: 50-74% durability
- 🟠Orange: 25-49% durability
- 🔴 Red: 0-24% durability
## Commands
- `/gd` - Show help
- `/gd lock` - Lock/unlock HUD position
- `/gd reset` - Reset HUD to top of screen
## Usage
### HUD Display
The small compact box that always shows your total durability:
- **Drag** - Move the HUD to any position (when unlocked)
- **Right-click** - Lock/unlock position
- **Hover** - See all items with individual percentages in tooltip
- Color-coded frame shows status at a glance
### Minimap Button
The helmet icon near the minimap:
- **Left-click** - Lock/unlock HUD position
- **Drag** - Move button around minimap
## Quick Start
1. **Start WoW** - HUD appears automatically at the top of the screen
2. **Drag the HUD** to your desired location (e.g. near HP/mana)
3. **Right-click** the HUD to lock its position
4. **Hover** when you want to see all details
5. Done! The position is remembered permanently
## Tips
- Place the HUD near your HP/mana for easy overview
- The color-coded frame shows status instantly - you can see problems without reading numbers
- Hover over the HUD to quickly see which pieces are damaged
- A small lock icon appears when the HUD is locked
- Click the minimap icon to quickly lock/unlock
- Position is saved per character - perfect if you want different placements
- Perfect for quickly checking if you need repairs before a raid/dungeon!
