- Fix stale borders in third-party bag addons after item removal
Cache now stores frames only; bag/slot is re-read live on every update
so ArkInventory slot reassignments no longer leave borders on wrong items.
BAG_UPDATE_DELAYED also marks cache stale to force a full re-read on
any bag change.
