Highlights gear sets from your default gear manager, in blue, in your bags!

Description
Gear Set Highlight marks items in your bags that are saved in a Gear Manager set. Each one gets a blue border and a light blue tint, and the tooltip lists which sets it belongs to, so you can see it before you sell or destroy it. /gsh prints how many set items are currently marked!
