  corrected bugs in the gearscore and announcement gates ie falses being trues

details:

  inside tooltip for the mouse over unit, average ilvl will be displayed

  /gearscore to toggle the ilvl calculating

  /announce to toggle raid chat ilvl announcements, best for raid assists sifting through the chaff

instructions:

  move zip file's extracted contents to the [wow install]/interface/addons folder
