- TOC bump to 60200
- All new "Special case rules" page replaces previous (shitty) item level and per-item settings dialogs! All previous options should've been carried over, but double-check just in case.
- Adjusted some sliders' min/max values to more accurately resemble inflated gold amounts.
- Adjusted some defaults to more accurately reflect current gold amounts (gg inflation)
