GCD with Ping

Added

• Haste / modRate timers — Remaining time follows cooldown modRate (haste, raid affixes). When rate is 1 (the usual case) the countdown is unchanged.

• Hide while resting — Optional overlay hide in a city or inn (/gcdp rest). Default off.

• Hide on taxi — Optional overlay hide on a flight path (/gcdp taxi). Independent from mount hide. Default off.

• Hide recharge while charged — Optional hide of charge-recharge numbers while at least one charge is ready (/gcdp charges). Default off.

• Profile export / import — /gcdp export prints non-default settings; /gcdp import <string> restores them.

Changed

• CooldownFrame_Set hook — Reads modRate from the 6th argument (5th is forceShowDrawEdge). Also hooks Cooldown:SetCooldown so LibActionButton bars stay in sync.

• /gcdp status — Reports rest hide, taxi hide, and charge-recharge hide.
