Added

• Text anchor — Place cooldown numbers at Center, Bottom, or Top of the icon (Display dropdown / /gcdp anchor center|bottom|top). Default Center.

• Remaining filter — Show text only when remaining time is ≤ N seconds (0 = off). Timing slider / /gcdp remain <0-120>. Useful for long CDs where you only care near the end.

• Scale with button — Optional font size scaling relative to icon size (36px baseline).

• Hide during cinematics/movies — Optional overlay hide for CINEMATIC_* / PLAY_MOVIE / STOP_MOVIE (General).

• Late Cooldown Viewer load — Rescans when Blizzard_CooldownViewer (or similar) loads after login.
