Fixed
- Cooldown time units on Mists of Pandaria Classic — `CooldownTimesAreMilliseconds()` now treats `WOW_PROJECT_MISTS_CLASSIC` like other Classic-era clients (seconds policy + existing heuristic), avoiding mis-scaled cooldown text if the API matches other Classic builds.

Changed
- `/gcdp gcd` and `/gcdp decimals` — Immediately refresh visible cooldown text after toggling (same ticker math, no wait for the next 50 ms tick).

Added
- Localization — `HELP_COMPARTMENT` minimap-addon hint for locales that were missing it (German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Chinese CN/TW, Korean).
