GCD with Ping

GCDwithPing is a lightweight addon for WoW that displays cooldowns and global cooldown (GCD) on action buttons, compensating for ping/latency to provide accurate timing.

- Ping compensation strength — Slider (0–100%, step 5) and slash `/gcdp comp <0-100>` (`compensation` alias). Default 100% matches previous behavior (full `(home+world)/2000` offset).
- Cooldown text position — Sliders for horizontal and vertical offset (−20…20 px) from the default anchor.
- Text opacity — Slider (20–100%) for cooldown number alpha; default 100%.

Changed
- Options panel title — Uses localized `OPTIONS_TITLE` (refreshed when language changes).
- Ping info panel — “Countdown offset” line shows the effective compensated latency (respects compensation %).

Fixed
- Early return after missing cooldown frame — Split `return` / `end` for readability (no logic change).
