-- Migrated NPCs and objects over to GLiB library made for the addon, removed old Data folder system. 

-- Updated most vendors to now operate on a cache system with fallback, so when first hovering a vendor you will get the same behavior as the previous version with the fade hooked into the tooltip, but on first open of their vendor window it will work as intended since the NPC ID is cached afterward.
