Modified herb tooltip; this herb requires 150 Herbalism to pick, and the player can pick it, so his current level is not shown.
Modified mining node tooltip; this node requires 400 Mining to mine, but the player isn't that high yet, so his current level, as well as any temporary boosts, are shown.
