Adds gathering skill info and item drops to the tooltip for gathering professions.
Option to show item icons for drops.
Show notifications when new profession ranks become available (Journeyman, Expert, Artisian).
Show notifications when a skill point is gained.
Show notifications when a new gathering node becomes available.
Fixed version 1.21 When mousing over mining or herbalism nodes the info will sometimes not show.
Herbalism:Bruiseweed not showing tooltip info (this will be fixed in next update).
Add tooltip info for Skinning before mob has been killed.
Add font color and size options for notifications (maybe font style too idk yet).
