Comprehensive overhaul of the Interrupt Tracker with self-kick direct tracking, addon communication for exact cooldown sync, channel interrupt detection, talent-based CD modifications, extra kick bars, and dead player detection.

New Features:

• Self-Kick Direct Tracking - Player's own interrupt tracked via known spellID, bypassing correlation
• Addon Communication Protocol - GATUI_KICK messages for exact cooldown sync between GatUI users
• Channel Interrupt Detection - Detects channels cut short (<1s) on target/focus/boss as kicks
• Talent-Based CD Modifications - Hunter Lone Survivor -2s, Evoker Interwoven Threads -10%, DK Coldthirst -3s
• Extra Kick Bars - Pet/talent extra interrupts as separate bars (e.g., Demo Warlock Spell Lock)
• Dead Player Detection - Dimmed bars with "Dead" text, sorted to bottom
• Hide In Raid - Auto-hide when in raid groups (6+ players)

Improvements:

• Wider correlation window (50ms -> 200ms) with tiebreaker logic
• Multi-interrupt batch handling (no more rejecting when >1 fires)
• Adaptive tick rate (100ms combat / 500ms OOC)
• Updated preview mode with 7 mock bars

Bug Fixes:

• IconCreator charge spell secret value fix
• Mage Counterspell CD corrected (20s -> 24s)
• DK Mind Freeze CD corrected (12s -> 15s)
