New per-icon visibility option for Icon Creator that hides icons when their tracked buff is not active on the player.

**New Features: **

  • IconCreator: Show Only When Buff Active - Added per-icon option to only show an icon when its tracked buff is active on you. When the buff expires, the icon hides automatically. Available for both spell and item tracking types. Checkbox appears in both the Cooldown Settings panel inline editor and the /gic options panel. M+ combat safe when Buff Duration is configured
