Icon Creator now integrates directly into Blizzard's Cooldown Settings panel, with streamlined group options and new aura customization for Raid Frames.

New Features:

• IconCreator: Cooldown Settings Panel - Added "Icon Creator" tab to Blizzard's Cooldown Settings panel with drag-and-drop reordering, right-click context menus (move/edit/hide/delete), inline editing, search filtering, quick-add drop zone, and group enable/disable checkboxes. Icons can be hidden without deleting them
• RaidFrames: Aura Offset & Border Toggle - Added X/Y offset sliders (-50 to 50) for buff and debuff icon groups, and a "Show Border" toggle for each. Border toggle does not affect the Expiration Indicator

Improvements:

• IconCreator: Simplified Group Options - Replaced redundant icon list, quick add, and manual add sections in /gic with a "Manage Icons" section showing icon count and an "Open Cooldown Settings" button
• Bars: Width Sync Padding Compensation - "Sync Width with Cooldown Manager" now subtracts CDM icon padding from the synced width, so bars match the visual content width

Bug Fixes:

• CDM: Icon Padding Fix - Icon Padding slider now persistently applies inset to icons. Blizzard resets icon anchor points on pool recycling; padding is now reapplied every tick
• CDM: Buff Icon Centering Fix - Fixed centered buff icons briefly jumping to left-aligned positions when RefreshLayout fires
