New Interrupt Tracker tool for tracking party members' interrupt cooldowns in M+ and group content.

New Features:

• Interrupt Tracker - Tracks party members' interrupt spell cooldowns with class-colored bars showing "RDY" or countdown for each player's kick. Fully M+ combat compatible using taint-safe spell detection
• Talent-Aware Cooldowns - Automatically detects cooldown reduction talents and spec-specific interrupt overrides (e.g., Muzzle for Marksmanship Hunters)
• Pet Interrupt Tracking - Tracks pet interrupts like Spell Lock and Axe Toss for applicable classes
• Addon Sync - Shares interrupt cooldown data between party members running the tracker
• Test Mode - Preview the tracker with sample party data via /gkick test

Technical:

• New /gkick slash command with test, rescan, and toggle subcommands
• New "Interrupts" tab in Tools options with full display customization
• StatusBar value laundering for taint-safe spell detection during M+ combat
