Tagging release 0.2.8.

Andrew Holbrook:
    - Improvements to mission animation skipping.  - Skip all is now possible by right clicking the skip button. This should auto skip all remaining missions, but more testing is required.  - When looting, Gary now automatically advances to the next mission, cutting the number of clicks required for the manual process in half.
