# Gamer Scope
Gamer Scope is an all-in-one World of Warcraft Retail utility dashboard designed to bring commonly scattered player information and addon-management tools into one clean, readable interface.
The goal is simple: spend less time opening multiple addons, menus, and websites just to understand your character, evaluate a group applicant, check progression, compare builds, or manage your installed addons.
## Character Overview
Get a fast snapshot of your current character, including:
- Character portrait
- Name and realm
- Class and specialization
- Hero Talent tree
- Equipped and average item level
- Secondary stats
- Raider.IO score when available
- Current talent/build information
Nearby target inspection is also supported when World of Warcraft exposes the required inspect data.
## Class Analyzer
Gamer Scope includes a readable same-specialization analyzer inspired by the easy-to-read stat displays found in older class utility addons.
Features include:
- Current secondary-stat percentages
- Raw stat ratings
- Visual stat fill bars
- Reference markers
- Diminishing-return markers
- Raid and Mythic+ analysis modes
- Same-spec-only recommendations
Gamer Scope never recommends changing specialization simply to match another build.
## Build Library
Browse packaged same-spec talent builds for different types of content.
Current Beast Mastery Hunter support includes:
- Raid Single Target
- Raid Cleave
- Mythic+
- Delves
Builds can be compared against your current setup and copied as World of Warcraft talent import strings.
Additional classes and specializations will be expanded over time as verified data is added.
## Character Audit
Review your currently equipped gear and same-spec gearing guidance.
Available views include:
- Equipped Gear
- Overall BiS
- Raid BiS
- Mythic+ BiS
- Enchants
- Talents
Long gear and recommendation lists are scrollable and designed around readability instead of tiny text.
Verified recommendation data is packaged with Gamer Scope releases. If verified data is not available for a specialization, Gamer Scope will not invent recommendations.
## Raid Progression
View current-character raid progression using available Raider.IO data with Blizzard character-statistics fallback support where appropriate.
Gamer Scope avoids presenting weekly raid lockouts as if they were full-season progression.
## Mythic+
View Mythic+ information including:
- Current Raider.IO score
- Highest visible key
- Current-season run history
- Dungeon name
- Key level
- Score
Long run histories are displayed in a scrollable interface.
## Group Applicants
Inspect players applying to your active Premade Group Finder listing without having to physically target each player.
Available applicant information can include:
- Name and realm
- Class and specialization
- Role
- Item level
- Dungeon score
- Applicant message
- Group size
- Raider.IO Mythic+ information
- Raid progression when available
For Mythic+ listings, Gamer Scope can also display the applicant's best visible result for the dungeon being listed when Blizzard exposes that information.
For raid listings, Raider.IO raid progression can be loaded when needed.
## AddOn Manager
Manage your installed addons from inside Gamer Scope using a larger, more readable interface than the default addon list.
Features include:
- Installed / enabled / disabled / loaded addon counts
- Search
- Enabled / Disabled / Loaded / Issues filters
- Per-character or all-character scope
- Readable ON/OFF controls
- Staged changes before applying
- Dependency information
- Addon details
- Apply Changes & Reload UI button
Gamer Scope also includes saved addon profile slots for:
- Everyday
- Raid
- Mythic+
- Minimal
Profiles can be saved, staged, reviewed, and then applied with a single UI reload.
## Accessibility
Gamer Scope is designed with readability as a priority.
Available text sizes include:
- Normal
- Large
- Extra Large
The interface favors larger panels, spacing, scrolling, and readable layouts instead of shrinking text when more information is displayed.
## Raider.IO Integration
Gamer Scope can use the Raider.IO in-game addon API when Raider.IO is installed.
Raider.IO is optional, but some remote-player Mythic+ and raid information may not be available without it.
## Data Philosophy
World of Warcraft addons cannot make arbitrary live web requests while the game is running.
Gamer Scope therefore uses:
- Blizzard's in-game APIs
- Optional Raider.IO in-game data
- Verified recommendation data packaged with Gamer Scope releases
If information cannot be obtained reliably, Gamer Scope displays that limitation instead of fabricating data.
## Commands
Open Gamer Scope with:
/gscope
or
/gamerscope
Legacy aliases are also retained:
/ascope
/azerothscope
## Game Version
World of Warcraft Retail
## Development Status
Gamer Scope is currently in Beta.
The addon is actively being expanded with the goal of becoming a convenient one-stop player information, character analysis, recruiting, progression, build, and addon-management dashboard for World of Warcraft Retail.
