G13 Bar Manager

*The Tracking Bars (reputation, Azerite, experience, etc) have been removed from this version. Blizzard's 8.0 changes have broken the methods used to move them previously and attempting to do so with my current methods renders other functions (like the vehicle UI) completely broken. For this release, I've chosen to go with the annoyance of having the tracking bars at the bottom and slightly obscured as a better tradeoff than having broken functional elements. As soon as the bars can be safely moved again, a new release will be uploaded.
