Removed ALL debug code. Apologies for any spam.
Monk class bar enabled and functioning identically to the Blizzard class bar.
- Note: When changing talents or spec, the class bar may not update immediately. If not, it will update the first time Chi is lost or gained. This is due to the order in which Blizzard handles Chi events, and functions identically to the Blizzard Chi Frame.
