Cleaned up the code majorly consolidtating, optimizing, and removing broken blocks.
Introduced the start of caching for functions called more than 4 times with blizzard API. (More to come with that in future releases)

Player name, guild name, and range indicators now work in instanced (Arena, Blitz, Battleground, Dungeons) areas.

Included a debug feature for pvp to help me fish out future bugs.  That feature will be removed in the future but right now it helps track down bugs.
