FuocoGoldFarm: daily gold planner

Now in Brazilian Portuguese. A player asked for it in the comments, and here it is: with the game client in Portuguese, the whole window, its tooltips and its options speak your language. And the Aqir invasion on the map now tells you how much gold its bag is worth before you go.

The gold in the Aqir bag

• On the map, in the Aqir invasion tooltip, under the boss reward: how much gold the bag usually holds.

Fixes

• When sorting by zone, a zone could show up twice, split by a row from another one, and the second header repeated the total of the whole zone. Now each zone is a single block.

Every gold source of Midnight in one window: world quests, weekly chests, Special Assignments and Paragon chests, with timers, a line to the nearest one and every character at a glance. Type /fgf to open; every option is in the window's own menu. Available in English, Italian, Spanish, German, French, Russian and Brazilian Portuguese.
