    fix: prevent double greeting when transitioning from home party to instance

    Track a greetedThisGroup flag to ensure only one greeting is sent per
    group session. Reset it when leaving an instance so the next dungeon
    greets correctly.

    docs: update README with missing features and trim to concise format

    Adds FilledGroupAlert, KeyVote, and MageFoodReminder (were absent).
    Updates interface/version to 1.1.0. Reduces from ~920 to ~180 lines.
