    Add Adventurer Dawncrest support and fix currency panel sizing

    - Show Adventurer Dawncrests in currency panel (5 rows: A/V/C/H/M)
    - Fix Lua scoping bug: forward-declare currencyFrame and titleText so
      updateMasterFrameSize actually executes instead of early-returning
    - Fix master frame height calculation
