Extends upgrade system to support 8 levels
Increases the number of upgrade levels for Heroic and Mythic gear from 6 to 8.
Updates the upgrade costs and calculations to reflect the new level progression, ensuring accurate display of upgrade information and crest requirements.
Also displays total upgraded items in title.
