Fixed errors caused by Blizzard secret values when detecting casts and channels that break the addon and make the spell name disappear.

This update makes spells with a custom 0 GCD overwrite be fully ignored by the addon, so they no longer cancel an instant cast bar that is already running.

Reverted the change from previous version and fixed a lua error spamming in instanced content when the castbar anchor points were in a transitional state during zone entry

Fixed issue where GCD bar was not reflecting GCD reductions from procs (e.g. Precise Shots for Marksmanship Hunter), bar is now reading live GCD duration directly from game instead of calculating it by itself if its not on the custom options list. Thx u/Traditional-Ride-116.

Added Custom options that include: 

• Disable while mounted 
• Disable while Druid Flight Form
• Hiding most of the bars elements for better integration with other addons changing the default castbar
• Spell base GCD overwrites:
  • Option to add a spell by name or ID to modify its GCD (if added by name double check the ID)
  • If a spell is not appearling like Smanans Tempest (
    GetSpellBaseCooldown() returns 0 for some reason) after adding it to the custom options and selecting the proper GCD it will start working 🐸
