World of Warcraft 12.0 can re-enable friendly NPC names
even when they are disabled in the Blizzard settings.

This addon prevents friendly NPC names from reappearing:
- after /reload
- after zone changes
- in capital cities where the UI may reset settings after a few seconds

Features:
• Affects ONLY friendly NPCs
• Enemy nameplates are never touched
• Works with Blizzard UI, Plater, ElvUI, etc.
• No configuration required
• Extremely lightweight
• Optional persistent lock mode

Optional Lock Mode:
Use /fnp lock on to permanently enforce the setting.
This is useful in capital cities where Blizzard may reapply the setting repeatedly.

Commands:
/fnp lock on   – Enable persistent lock (saved)
/fnp lock off  – Disable persistent lock
/fnp status    – Show current status
/fnp apply     – Force apply immediately

If Blizzard fixes this behavior in a future patch,
the addon becomes neutral and does nothing.
