Update to v2.2.0 from v2.1.4

  • Add support for Classic WoW and Classic Era WoW
  • Add Diablo 3 Icon when BNet favorite/friend starts playing Diablo 3
  • Add 'AFK' and 'Return from AFK' text/sound notifications for BNet Favorites/Friends
  • Add option for disabling alerts for certain BNet Friends (add 'frignore' anywhere in their note). This is useful for disabling alerts for friends who change characters a lot or play multiple accounts at once.
  • Minor update to Settings (Notification Options are now ordered)
