Upgrade from v2.1.1 to v2.1.2

• Fix: Now correctly shows a Diablo icon when friend logs into Diablo4
• Fix: No longer duplicates notifications for guild members if they are also a battle.net friend
• Fix: No longer provides 'level up' notification when a friend/guild member logs into a level 1 character
• Fix: No longer provides two notifications when a character friend is also a battle.net friend
• Change: Updated the default notification settings/sounds (will not override existing saved settings unless a user hits reset to default)
• Change: Moved 'Reset to Default Settings' to 'Options' tab instead of 'Notifications' tab in settings
• New: Added config option to enable/disable the 'Addon Loaded' message on login
