Fridge Gaming
Stop asking "what should I go do tonight?" — the addon already knows.
Fridge Gaming looks at what you're wearing, then looks at everywhere in the game that could give you something better, and puts the two together in one list. Dungeons, raids, world quests, quests, delves, your Great Vault, your renown, and the gear already sitting in your bags.
Every row tells you the same three things: what it is, how much better it is, and where to go and get it.
[R H MO] Nexus-King Salhadaar +14
[D M+12 AK] Avanoxx +9
[DV Mapped] T8 Hero map from Purging the Vaults +32
Getting started
- Open your character sheet — the panel is attached to it.
- Press Scan.
- That's it.
You can pop the panel out into its own window with the arrow button, and there's
a minimap button and a /fg command if you'd rather not go through the character
sheet.
The six tabs
Gear
The main list. Upgrades grouped by equipment slot, best first.
- Slot doll down each side, showing what you're wearing and a green badge counting upgrades. Click a slot to see only that slot.
- Source filters across the top — dungeons only, raids only, one specific raid, world quests only, and so on.
- Stat bars showing where you are against your stat targets, and what hovering an item would do to them.
Rows tell you the cheapest way to get something. If an item drops on Normal as well as Mythic and Normal is already an upgrade, that's what the row says.
Stats
The Gear tab ranks by overall value. This one ranks by the stat you're short of.
If you need mastery, an item that's only a small upgrade overall but carries 500 mastery is buried on the main list and top of this one. Each secondary gets a block showing where you are, where you're aiming, and the two or three upgrades that close the gap fastest.
Crests
What you can upgrade, and what you're short of.
Away from an upgrade NPC it shows how far each piece can still climb — "Hero 1/6, 5 left, +15 item level available". Stand at an upgrade NPC and it fills in the exact crest costs, tells you which ones you can afford right now, and flags the discounted ones.
Caches
Two lists:
- Unopened containers in your bags — the caches you've collected and forgotten about.
- Quests that will give you one — so you know what's still out there.
Powers
The two Midnight systems that give you power without giving you gear.
- Omnium Folio — the recommended rune for each node on your spec, and whether you've taken it. (Needs ClassCodex installed for the recommendations.)
- Altar of Corrosion — how much Corrosive Coin you have, and the quests currently paying it, biggest payout first.
Sparks
How much spark dust you're holding, and how much you've earned against the season's cap. Those are different numbers — spending dust doesn't let you earn more — so both are shown.
Things worth knowing
Set your keystone level. Mythic dungeon loot is scored at the item level your keys actually award, not base Mythic. If you run +10s, tell it so in settings, or every dungeon row will look worse than it is.
Open your world map once per session. The game only tells addons about a zone's world quests while you're looking at the map. Fridge Gaming remembers what it sees, so one look covers the rest of your session — but it can't know about quests you've never looked at.
Delve rows know your week. Bountiful rows only appear if you have coffer keys, and show how many more you can still earn. The mapped row only appears if this week's map is still available or sitting in your bags — and it names the quest that hands it over.
Renown gear appears when you can claim it. Once you hit the renown level, the piece shows up. Quests behind a renown gate stay hidden until you've earned the standing.
A "?" in a tooltip isn't a bug. Some rewards are a slot and an item level rather than a specific item — a delve doesn't decide what it's giving you until you open the coffer. Those rows say so, and always rank below real named items, because a specific thing you can go and get beats a category of thing you might be given.
Optional friends
Fridge Gaming works on its own, and works better with these installed. None are required and nothing breaks without them.

Settings worth a look
- Ranking method — item level, Pawn, stats, or Potential (which ranks by what an item becomes once fully upgraded, rather than what it is today).
- Keystone level — the highest key you actually run.
- Delve tier — the tier you run. Rewards stop improving above tier 8.
- Quest rewards at least — most quest gear is filler; this hides everything below Champion track by default.
- Results per slot — how many upgrades to show for each slot.
- Scan after login — on by default while the addon is young, so there's always a fresh list waiting. Turn it off once you'd rather scan on demand.
