Fixes

- Seven-column layout and optional eleven-column landscape layout.
- Existing bag controls and native gamepad navigation.
- The retired navfix remains disabled.
Testing
The underlying fix passed controlled tests on WoW Forever beta build 1.60.1.70450 with the custom layout enabled: bank opening/closing, item transfers in both directions followed by O, and depositing an item followed by the bank window’s X button.
The packaged code differs from that tested build only by its version string. Longer-term stability is still being monitored.
