Free Enchants by Neav

Love handing out free enchants but hate typing the same list into chat over and over? This addon handles it for you.

Free Enchants by Neav looks at the enchants you know, checks which ones you actually have mats for in your bags, and lets you advertise them with one click. Tick the ones you want to offer, pick a channel, done.

Features

• Knows what you can make. Open your Enchanting window once and it saves your recipes. After that, the list only shows enchants you have mats for, with a count of how many casts you can do.
• Checkbox list. Tick the enchants you want to give away, or use Tick all and Clear to speed things up.
• Clickable enchant links. Your enchants post as the yellow links people can click to see exactly what each one does. Prefer to fit more in one message? Turn links off for short plain names.
• One button per channel. Say, Yell, Trade, Services, or Party. It only posts where you click, never everywhere at once.
• Party (all). Sends every enchant you have mats for to your group, no ticking needed.
• Custom opening line and location. Write your own intro and add where you're standing. Say leaves the location off, since anyone who hears you is already right there.
• Long lists page through. If your list is too long for one message, each click sends the next line. The preview shows exactly what goes out next.
• Spam safe. Trade and Services have a 30 second cooldown so you don't get yourself silenced.
• Minimap button. Left click opens the window, right click posts to party, and you can drag it anywhere around the minimap.

Commands

• /fe : open or close the window
• /fe say, /fe yell, /fe trade, /fe services, /fe party : post without opening the window (great for macros)
• /fe bank : count mats in your bank too (off by default, since you need mats in your bags to cast)
• /fe minimap : show or hide the minimap button

Getting Started

1. Install and log in on your enchanter.
2. Open your Enchanting window once so it can scan your recipes.
3. Type /fe or click the minimap button.
4. Tick your freebies, set your opening line and location, and pick a channel.
