Frames Forever - Unit Frames

A Unit Frame addon built completely from scratch for the modern Forever client, inspired by modular style unit frames of Zperl / Xperl / SUF giving lots of options and control over the frames.
What's new
wasn't planning on any updates until realease but since beta is extended for a couple of days I've fixed a bug that was reported - it was making the frames move down when combo points or threat bars appeared which it shouldn't have been doing.
