Prevents the buff bars from expanding vertically by stretching it out horizontally to the left. The Debuff bar is also moved further up to minimize space usage.
Description
A simple buff mod that replaces the default multi-line buff bar into two horizontal lines stretching across the top of the screen - one bar for buffs, a second for debuffs.
I find this mod useful in that it removes the vertical scaling of your buff bar allowing you to place other UI elements in that spot without having your buffs hide or be hidden by it.
This is a very small and simple mod. If anyone has some ideas on how to improve or expand it, please let me know.
