Version 0.3.4 - Hotfix for the 1.60 client: the Who window and the guild welcome

Restart the game after updating (a change to the .toc). A /reload is not enough.

FIXED
- The Who window no longer pops open while ForeverRecruiter searches. The 1.60 client opens the Who list on every search. ForeverRecruiter now keeps every part of the game that listens for search results quiet while its own search runs, and if the window opens anyway it is closed again at once. Your own /who searches, and the window when you open it yourself, are not touched. "Show the Who window during scans" still opens it if you want to watch.
- "Welcome new members in guild chat" works. The welcome was sent a moment after your key press, and the client only lets addons talk in chat from a real key press or click, so it never went out. Now the welcome is sent on your next key press. New members are also noticed through the guild roster itself, not only the "has joined the guild" line.

Also includes everything from 0.3.3: pass by players you rated Avoid (with The Explorer's Backpack), ForeverRecruiter's own page in NetherSuite, Fonts & Sounds with NetherUI_Media.

- Plugins and addons that work alongside ForeverRecruiter stay welcome, but changing ForeverRecruiter's own files in any way (by hand, by script or with an AI) is not allowed. See LICENSE.txt, section 2.
