Added toggles for:

• Increased Camera Distance
• Removing the Death Effect
• Turning off the Error Speech (voice lines like "Not enough energy")
• Turning off the Error Sound (the error buzz)
• Combo Points in the Floating Combat Text

Changes & Fixes

• Minor redesign of the menu layout to fit everything better
• Combined Bag is now dragged by the title bar only, and the position is saved per character
• /fqol resetbags now only resets the current character
• The Issue Reporter no longer starts glowing after you leave Edit Mode
• Sort by Level now also sorts when you track a quest (from the quest log, shift-click or a whole zone header)
