ForeverForge Mass Mail & Trade

Needs the latest ForeverForge core (its shared settings).

• "Queue window size" is now called Queue window scale, like every other window scale in the suite. Same 50-150% range, same saved value.
• The how-many box is the suite's own dialog, like every other question in ForeverForge: the item's icon and name (in its quality colour) on top, the amount typed in and selected, ADD / SET and CANCEL. It still takes the queue window's size. Needs ForeverForge core 1.27.0.
• The arrow tab and the slide-out are now the suite's shared drawer, the same one other windows use. It looks and behaves as before.
• WoW Classic skin: the queue window opens properly (it used to stop with an error), in the skin's old bordered box, with its gold title banner whole when it slides out of the trade window or mailbox.
• Queued amounts use your skin's item-count colour (the Starship and Aurora skins' own, instead of ForeverForge's mint).
• The queue window has the suite's title bar: MASS TRADE / MASS MAIL and the close X in a bar across the top (the metal title strip in WoW Forever, the title band under the gold banner in WoW Classic), like the suite's other windows. The trade or mail count starts under it.
