Forever Fade Chat
- By
Fades chat tabs, buttons and backgrounds until you mouse over, leaving only the chat text on screen. Built for WoW Forever.
Fade Chat Forever keeps your screen clean by hiding everything around the chat except the messages themselves.
When your mouse isn't over the chat, it fades out:
- Chat tabs (including General)
- The friends, channel, menu and voice buttons
- Chat window backgrounds and borders
- The chat input box (it stays visible while you're typing)
Hover over the chat and everything comes back instantly, with the background at your normal chat opacity. No setup needed: install, log in, done.
Tested on the WoW Forever beta (1.60.1). If you use another addon that fades or hides the chat, disable its chat option to avoid the two fighting each other.
